I brought my daughters their first car for their 17th birthday – and what started as a stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience thanks to Brad.

Less than 24 hours before their birthday, the car I had arranged fell through, and it was looking very unlikely that my planned surprise would go ahead. I was devastated and felt completely stuck. Then I found Brad’s advert online and gave him a call.

From the very first conversation, he was fantastic. He was genuine, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain his business and values. Instantly, I felt comfortable – not pressured or unsure like I had with other dealers. Brad offered to bring the car to my house later that day, which felt almost too good to be true.

But he turned up exactly when he said he would, with the car just as described in the advert. It was spotless, had all the documentation, a full service history, a new 12-month MOT, and he’d even gone out of his way to purchase a second key. The car was perfect.

Brad was warm, kind, and so genuine in person – the kind of person you hope to deal with when making such an important purchase. I couldn’t recommend Banstead Motors enough, we’ve recently bought our second car from Brad, the first was a Vauxhall Meriva for an elderly relative and more recently a Vauxhall Corsa for my mum. Brad couldn’t have done more to make sure my mum was happy, took her for a test drive as she was nervous about driving an unfamiliar car, took her to a quiet spot and made her feel comfortable enough to drive. Didn’t feel pressured to buy at any point which for me is the mark of a top salesman.
